AICEMediaStudies

       Hello, my name is Carl Backer. I am in the eleventh grade and I chose to take AICE Media Studies for multiple reasons. Firstly, I have some prior experience with video/media editing due to the fact that I've previously had a somewhat successful YouTube channel. I thought that my prior knowledge would allow me to get through this class a little easier in regards to the video editing portions of the class. I also chose to take this class because the information that would be taught that I was not familiar with seemed very interesting to me. I have already learned so much simply from the unfamiliar terms assignment that we had to complete earlier this semester. From what we have discussed in class, I see myself enjoying the class quite a bit. I hope to continue learning more about the film/cinema industry and improve on my media editing skills. I am looking forward to recording my own "movie" and work on those sorts of projects in the future. Though, it may not be the
